These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bbsolot platform and all of its services. By accessing bbsolot's website or any associated service, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bbsolot is an online Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. We are committed to providing the best betting experience for users in Bangladesh. Please note that bbsolot only offers services in regions where online betting is legally permitted.
- Bbsolot reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account on bbsolot. bbsolot reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these requirements under the Terms and Conditions, at any time.

- Each individual may register only one account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
- Bbsolot may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account details.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
- Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
bbsolot staff will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone requests your password, it is a scam — report it to support immediately.
After registration, you may be required to verify your email address or mobile number. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a copy of your national ID or passport may be requested — this is done solely to protect the security of our members.
3 Betting Rules
Please read and understand these Betting Rules & Terms before placing any bet on bbsolot. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each event and may vary accordingly.
- Odds are subject to change at any time; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
- Bbsolot will not be held liable if a live bet is not accepted due to network issues.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
- A maximum winnings cap may apply to a single event.
- Bbsolot reserves the right to void any bet where unusual betting patterns are identified at its discretion.

4 Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on bbsolot are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. The full terms and conditions governing payments are detailed below.
- Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted for deposits.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
- Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
- Accounts may be frozen in cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions.
bbsolot does not charge any transaction fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — that is entirely governed by their policies.
If funds do not appear in your account after a deposit, or if you experience any withdrawal issues, please contact support within 24 hours. Delayed reporting may make it harder to resolve the issue. Keep screenshots of all transactions for your records.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Bbsolot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which you should review before claiming.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
- A specific wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to maximum odds limits.
- Bonuses must be claimed within a specified period — any unclaimed bonus will expire once the deadline passes.
- If bonus claims are made from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated.

6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited under bbsolot's Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
- Match fixing or any form of influence over a sports event.
- Placing bets using automated betting bots or software.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
- Placing bets using stolen or otherwise illegally obtained funds.
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Attempting to carry out a cyberattack or hacking against bbsolot.
- Using bbsolot for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Any of the above activities may result in legal action. bbsolot will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.
7 Account Suspension & Termination
Bbsolot may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Registering with false or inaccurate information.
- Detection of suspicious activity on an account.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months or more).
bbsolot will typically send an email warning before terminating an account. However, bbsolot reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance remaining in your account.
8 Responsible Gaming
Bbsolot believes betting is a form of entertainment — not an addiction. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools to help keep our members safe.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given period.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a period of time.

10 Limitation of Liability
Bbsolot shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances, and this forms an integral part of our terms and conditions.
- Losses arising from internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Issues caused by errors or delays on the part of third-party payment gateways.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access or hacking where user negligence is a contributing factor.
- Financial losses resulting from betting decisions based on incorrect information.
- Any circumstance beyond bbsolot's control (force majeure).
In no event shall bbsolot's total liability to a member exceed the current balance in that member's account.
11 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours.
- Step 1: Submit your complaint to our support team via live chat or email.
- Step 2: If unresolved, submit a formal complaint.
- Third step: review by bbsolot's Senior Management.
- Final step: arbitration through a neutral third party.
In betting disputes, the decision of bbsolot's odds and results management team is final, unless a technical error is proven.
12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability
Bbsolot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
- For significant changes, a separate notification will be sent by email.
- Continued use of the platform following any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and bbsolot.
